Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

We want you to be happy with Ms. Francis. This policy explains our free trial, how to cancel, and when we issue refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

In short: You get a 7-day free trial before you are charged anything. You can cancel at any time. If you are charged and you are not happy, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

1. Free Trial

Ms. Francis is offered with a free trial period (currently 7 days). To start a trial, you provide a valid payment method. You are not charged during the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the plan price you selected at sign-up. The plan, price, and billing frequency are shown to you before you confirm.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, from within the Service or by contacting us. When you cancel:

If you are still in your free trial, you will not be charged at all.
If you have an active paid subscription, it remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.

Cancelling stops future charges. On its own, it does not refund a charge that has already been made — but see Section 3.

3. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us at team@msfrancis.ai within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that charge. You do not need to give a reason.

Beyond 30 days. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable after 30 days, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time.

How refunds are issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the law that applies to you.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us directly at team@msfrancis.ai. Tell us the email address on your account and we will take care of it. You do not need to give a reason within the 30-day window.

If you have a billing problem of any kind, please reach out to us before disputing the charge with your bank — we would much rather just fix it.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Ms. Francis AI LLC is the seller of record for all orders and is responsible for handling refunds in accordance with this policy and applicable law. Your payment card details are handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
