Cancelling a subscription

Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed.

If you subscribed on our website (msfrancis.ai), open Account → Billing in the app and use Manage subscription to cancel, or email us at team@msfrancis.ai and we will take care of it. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you subscribed through the App Store (inside the iPhone or iPad app), Apple handles the billing and the subscription can only be cancelled in iOS Settings:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
Tap Ms. Francis, then Cancel Subscription.

Two things parents often miss: deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription, and we are not able to cancel an App Store subscription for you — only Apple can, from Settings. Email us if you are unsure which kind you have and we will check.

Resetting your password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. We email you a 6-digit code; enter the code and then choose a new password. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or email team@msfrancis.ai.

Deleting your account and your child’s data

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time:

Go to Profile → Delete account.
Confirm on the next screen.

This permanently deletes your account, every student profile, and all of their chats and projects, and cancels your subscription immediately. It cannot be undone.

If you subscribed through the App Store, deleting your account ends our service, but you should also cancel the subscription in iOS Settings (see “Cancelling a subscription” above) so Apple stops billing you. If you would rather we deleted your account for you, email team@msfrancis.ai from the address on your account.
